What is your turnaround time for an artwork?

​

The turnaround time for an artwork is 7 days maximum. But if you need any sooner, there is a rush fee available.
 

Can I make changes to the artwork I receive?

​

We provide three free revisions at the sketching stage wherein you can make changes. After the artwork has been colored, only the colors can be changed. Complete change of an artwork is not considered. 
 

Can I pay after I see the artwork?

​

Unfortunately, we are also vulnerable to fraudulent activities and cannot start without a payment. A minimum of 50% upfront fee is required to get started. 
 

What if I am not satisfied with the artwork?

​

You have complete control of the workflow. From sketching to coloring, we work according to you to ensure your satisfaction.
